Since its humble beginnings in 1976, Greenways has a proud history of growth and continuous improvement.
From planning stage 1 in a vacant field in Seaford, to building the community centre and four more stages, to acquiring adjacent properties in Lombard Way (in 2007 and 2009), Fellowes Street (in 2011) and Pimpala Avenue (in 2002, 2004 and our most recent addition, 2021), we are continually striving to offer more amenity, facilities, benefits and private space for our growing and active village community.
With this in mind, we’re excited to announce of recent acquisition of 8 Lombard Way!
In a prime location to the south of the village, 8 Lombard Way will allow further expansion at Greenways by the inclusion of two new 3 bedroom villa units. With demolition commencing this month and the planning process well underway with Frankston City Council, Greenways is aiming to launch these beautiful new homes to prospective residents in early 2024.
New Lombard Residence 1 will offer a generous 133m2 internal floorplan, the largest at the village.
