Lesley joined the Greenways team in 2010 and has been Manager since 2013. She is extremely popular with residents and committed to their ongoing wellbeing, support and engagement at the village.
Her brief is to ensure a harmonious office team, a culture of service to the residents and sound financial management. Lesley holds a Diploma in nursing and brings to Greenways her general nursing experience including time in aged care as well as the practical knowledge, including bookkeeping, gained from running her own business.
Lesley is Melbourne born and has lived overseas but now resides in Mt Eliza and enjoys yoga, swimming, walking and reading when time permits.
Historically Greenways has benefited from long term commitments from its key management staff. There have only been five managers the over 40 year history of the village.
Lee came to Greenways in 2010 as an administrative assistant but, given the small team at the village, has been happy to broaden her role and, as a result, has moved from part to full time employment.
Whilst there is a good deal of “job sharing” at Greenways Lee’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the accounting for residents maintenance charges are kept up to date and in order but being at the “front desk” she is in regular contact with all residents and has her finger well and truly on the pulse of village life.
Lee has Certificate 3 in Financial Services (Accounts/Bookkeeping) and Certificate 3 in Aged Care (Diversional Therapy).
Lee has four adult children and four grandchildren, she enjoys reading, gardening and craft and brings a wealth of knowledge and warmth to the Village.
In a fantastic endorsement of just how great village life is at Greenways, in 2021 Lee chose Greenways Village as her new home.
Sandra joined Greenways on a part time basis in 2012 to refocus the sales and marketing activities at the village which included critically reviewing service delivery and social activities which are so important to existing and prospective residents. As with Lee, Sandra’s role has expanded, as all staff are encouraged to bring to the table their ideas for continuous improvement. Sandra’s remit now includes overseeing refurbishments and encouraging social activities within the village. She has moved to full time employment with the title Sales and Marketing Manager.
Sandra brings 14 years’ experience in real estate and has Certificate 5 in Property Services (Real Estate), an Agents Representative Certificate and Commercial Sales & Leasing Certificates.
Sandra lives in Koo Wee Rup and has 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren; originally from New Zealand she has lived in the Frankston area for the past 33 years. Sandra enjoys travel, her grandchildren.
