Long-standing, dedicated staff make Greenways Village unique

Cherie was appointed Manager of Greenways in 2022. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, with her brief to ensure a harmonious office team, a culture of service to the residents and sound financial management of the village.

Cherie was introduced to the property sector from a young age and, having deferred studying Law, completed a Certificate IV in real estate practice (Diploma of Property) in 2003. Her energy, enthusiasm, passion and transferable skills lead to retirement living management and she hasn’t looked back!

Her main emphasis is on communication, respect and developing long term relationships with village residents to ensure their needs are always met.

Cherie has lived on the Mornington Peninsula for 22+ years, has two adult children, two grandchildren, and she enjoys yoga, walking, reading and camping when time allows.

Historically, Greenways has benefited from long term commitments from its key management staff. There have only been six managers the over 40 year history of the village.

Finance Officer

Louise joined the company in March 2025 as a Finance Officer, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in the finance sector across a diverse range of industries.

She has qualifications in bookkeeping and accounting, including a Certificate IV and a Diploma in Accounting.

A long-time local, Louise has called Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula home for 49 years. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two teenage children who are actively involved in sports. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends, and holidaying in the picturesque Northeast Victoria region.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Sandra joined Greenways in 2012 to refocus the sales and marketing activities at the village which included critically reviewing service delivery which is so important to existing and prospective residents. Sandra’s role has expanded with her remit now including unit and apartment refurbishments within the village.

Sandra brings 14 years’ experience in real estate and has Certificate 5 in Property Services (Real Estate), an Agents Representative Certificate and Commercial Sales & Leasing Certificates.

Sandra lives in Koo Wee Rup and has 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren; originally from New Zealand she previously lived in the Frankston area for over 33 years. Sandra enjoys travel and spending time with her grandchildren.

Since joining the team, Cath has brought a wealth of experience and professionalism to her role as Administrator. With a strong background in real estate and over 30 years of customer service expertise, she brings warmth, humour, and a personal touch to every interaction.

Cath is passionate about building trusting relationships with residents and their families, always leading with empathy, respect, and patience. Her commitment to exceptional service is guided by one of her favourite quotes: “No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted” – Aesop. This philosophy shines through in her daily work, making her a valued member of the Greenways team.

Known for being a natural communicator with a down-to-earth approach, Cath prides herself in being reliable, detail orientated with a calm presence, even under pressure.

Outside of work, Cath enjoys spending quality time with her three young adult children and exploring the beauty of Victoria whenever she gets the chance.
