Cherie was appointed Manager of Greenways in 2022. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, with her brief to ensure a harmonious office team, a culture of service to the residents and sound financial management of the village.
Cherie was introduced to the property sector from a young age and, having deferred studying Law, completed a Certificate IV in real estate practice (Diploma of Property) in 2003. Her energy, enthusiasm, passion and transferable skills lead to retirement living management and she hasn’t looked back!
Her main emphasis is on communication, respect and developing long term relationships with village residents to ensure their needs are always met.
Cherie has lived on the Mornington Peninsula for 22+ years, has two adult children, two grandchildren, and she enjoys yoga, walking, reading and camping when time allows.
Historically, Greenways has benefited from long term commitments from its key management staff. There have only been six managers the over 40 year history of the village.

Lesley joined the Greenways team in 2010, was appointed Manager from 2013-2022 and remains a key part of the Greenways team on a part-time basis. Lesley’s primary responsibilities include undertaking office functions of reception, accounting, payroll, data management and administration. She is extremely popular with residents and committed to their ongoing wellbeing, support and engagement at the village.
Lesley holds a Diploma in nursing and brings to Greenways her general nursing experience including time in aged care as well as the practical knowledge, including bookkeeping, gained from running her own business.

She also enjoys being at the “front desk” , in regular contact with residents, with a focus on social activities and resident engagement.
Lee has Certificate 3 in Financial Services (Accounts/Bookkeeping) and Certificate 3 in Aged Care (Diversional Therapy).
Lee has four adult children and four grandchildren, she enjoys reading, gardening and craft and brings a wealth of knowledge and warmth to the Village.

Sandra’s role has expanded with her remit now including unit and apartment refurbishments within the village.
Sandra brings 14 years’ experience in real estate and has Certificate 5 in Property Services (Real Estate), an Agents Representative Certificate and Commercial Sales & Leasing Certificates.
Sandra lives in Koo Wee Rup and has 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren; originally from New Zealand she previously lived in the Frankston area for over 33 years. Sandra enjoys travel and spending time with her grandchildren.
