Something wonderful is happening at the heart of our village.

The community centre — already the social hub of Greenways — is undergoing a series of exciting upgrades designed to make it more welcoming, more functional, and more fun than ever. These improvements reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting a vibrant, active, and connected lifestyle for all our residents.

We know that the community centre is more than just a building. It’s where morning teas turn into laughter-filled conversations, where residents meet, activities come to life, and where friendships are formed over shared stories, music, and games. That’s why we’re investing in its future — to make sure it continues to be a space which residents enjoy and feel at home.

So, what’s changing?

We’re refreshing the interiors with a redesign and new furnishings, new lighting, and a full upgrade for better amenity. There will be direct access to the multi-purpose activity room as you walk into the centre, a modernised space for fitness classes, movie nights, residents events and Friday night drinks! A new technology nook adjacent to the upgraded library will allow residents to connect with family online, learn digital skills, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with their favourite podcast or audiobook.

For those who enjoy entertaining, the resident kitchen and dining areas are getting a stylish upgrade too — perfect for shared meals, special occasions, and village celebrations. And with updated interiors throughout, the whole area will feel brighter, fresher, and more inviting.

We’re excited to share this journey with our residents and look forward to unveiling the upgraded centre in 2025. Together, we’re creating a space that reflects the energy, warmth, and spirit of our incredible community at Greenways!
